- I already have a domain name. How do I point it at your web server?
If you already have a domain name registered then contact us and we will tell you the information you need to point it at our web servers. Alternatively we can register a new domain name for you and we will point it to our web server on your behalf.
- I already have a website. How do I convert it to use the EasyNetDIY Web Content Manager?
Normally if you can tell us your domain name we can convert it for you. There is a charge for this. Please contact us for more details.
- Do you offer website hosting and domain name registration?
When you purchase EasyNetDIY you get your website hosting and a single domain name registration included in the price. You also get an email address linked to the domain name (i.e. sales@yourdomain.co.uk). If you need more than one domain name we can register this for you at extra cost depending on what the domain name is. Please contact us for more details.
- Do you offer bespoke web design?
Yes we do offer bespoke web design from basic websites to ecommerce solutions. Please contact us giving as much detail as you can for what you require and we will then be able to give you a price.
- What will my website look like?
Click here to see examples of what you website could look like. When you come to building your own website you will have over 40 professionally designed templates to choose from with at least 3 colour themes for each template so the choice is wide and varied.
- Who owns the copyright to the website?
EasyNetDIY owns the copyright to the templates, the modules and any of the coding. You, the customer, owns any text and images that you put into your website (assuming that the images are from a legitimate source).
- How do I contact you?

- Can I access the Web Content Manager from any PC?
Yes you can access the Web Content Manager from any PC that is connected to the internet. You will of course need your username and password to log in.
- Is there a limit on the number of web pages I can create for my website??
No there is no limit as to the number of web pages that you can create for your website.
- How do the web statistics work?
To set up the web statistics you need to register for a Google Analytics account. google will supply some program code which you need to copy and paste into the appropriate box on the Admin screen in the Web Content Manager. We can register the Google account on your behalf. The cost for this is £30.
- Is there a limit to the number of files/images I can upload?
No there is no limit to the number of files/images that you can upload to the web server. However if the files/images take up over 1GB in space you will be charged a monthly charge of £5 per extra GB that you use. We will however let you know if you are nearing the 1GB threshold before you get charged any extra.
- Can I have movies on my website?
Yes you can have movies on your website. When you are creating your static web pages, such as your home page, you can include images or movies on your page. A tutorial of how to do this is included within the Web Content Manager.
- What help is available within the EasyNetDIY product?
On each page there is a help button which when pressed brings up help for the particular page or section you are on. There are also tutorials which walk you through certain things such as choosing a template and adding an image to a web page. There is also a glossary of terms.
- What do I get access to in the 10 day free trial?
You get access to all of the modules - the Image Gallery, Forum, Contact Us Form and Online Shop. You also can create as many web pages as you like.
- Am I obligated to buy anything if I take out the 10 day free trial?
There is no obligation to buy if you take out the 10 day free trial.
- How much does EasyNetDIY cost?

- Can I pay for EasyNetDIY by anything other than Paypal?
No Paypal is the only way to pay for EasyNetDIY. However you do not need a Paypal account to pay - you can pay using credit or debit cards.
- Is there an annual contract?
No there is no annual contract. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription you just need to give us 30 days notice.
- What happens once I have paid for EasyNetDIY?
You receive an email with your login details (username and password) and a link to the Web Content Manager Administration screen.
- I cannot find a template I like. Can you create one for me?
Yes we can create a template for you. You can provide images to be included in the template, a company logo and any colours that you would like. The charge for us creating a template is £100.
- We have found a template we like but would like a different colour theme. Can you create one for us?
Yes we can create a new colour theme for an existing template. Please let us know what colours you would like. The cost for this is £50.
- Can customers pay by anything other than Paypal?
The default payment method in the Online Shop is by Paypal. This enables your customers to pay using their Paypal account or by credit or debit card without needing a Paypal account. If you do not want to use Paypal then please contact us and we can discuss various alternatives with you.
- I already have a list of products for my Online Shop in a spreadsheet, Word document or database. Is there any way that these can be uploaded so I do not have to re-enter them all?
Yes if you supply us with what you have we can upload the information for you. The cost for this will obviously depend on how many products and how the information is stored. Contact us for more details.
- What do I need to be able to open an Online Shop?
You need to create categories for your products to go into. You then need to upload your products and any images. You need to set how you want your delivery charges charged. Finally you need to register with Paypal for a Paypal account which will then allow people to pay you by credit/debit card.
- Could you upload my products for me?
Yes we can enter the product information for you. We charge on an hourly basis as it obviously depends how many products you have. The hourly charge is £15.
- Could you upload my product images for me?
Yes we can upload your product images for you. The images need to be supplied in jpg, gif or tif format. We charge on an hourly basis as it obviously depends how many products you have. The hourly charge is £15.
- Is there any limit to the number of images that I can upload against a product?
You can upload up to 5 images per product.
- Will my product images be resized when I upload them?
Yes, you will have a thumbnail, medium and large image created from the image file you upload. These sizes are determined automatically within the software .
- What are the delivery charge options?
There are 4 delivery charge options ...
- By total order weight - you can enter a weight against each product and then the total weight of all the products on your order is matched against weight bands you set up (i.e. total order weight between 0 and 5kg - charge £10 etc).
- By item value - you can enter a delivery charge value against each product and then the delivery charge is the total of this charge for all the products on your order.
- By categories - you can create categories with associated charges which the customer can select on checkout (i.e. Standard Delivery £5, Next Day Delivery £15 etc)
- By overall order value - if the total order value is above £50 then charge £0 else charge £5 (these values can be altered)
